Dinghy Sailing Courses
Dinghy Sailing Courses
We offer a number of Royal Yachting Association (RYA) accredited courses from the basic Level 1 sailing course for complete beginners, through to the Start Racing course. Our courses are suitable for both adults and junior sailors (8 & upwards), with juniors being able to work through the RYA DInghy Youth scheme.
In addition we can offer the RYA Better Sailing, Seamanship Skills and Sailing with Spinnaker modules.
Courses are normally run on Saturdays from May through to October, and typically consist of 2-3 hours sailing on each day plus classroom/theory. We aim to run them on consecutive Saturdays but this isn't always possible because of tides or weather. Questions or Comments? Contact Training Secretary here or email enquiries @bfyc.org.uk
